Louis Brownstone is a Partner at Pula Industries, where he is involved in all aspects of the firm’s investment and portfolio management activities. He has served in both board and operating capacities across multiple Pula portfolio companies, helping drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and successful exits.
Louis brings over twenty years of experience in operating, consulting, and M&A roles serving middle-market businesses. Prior to Pula, he was President of Hobbico, a $350 million consumer products company, where he led the business through a successful strategic sale. Earlier in his career, Louis was with The Keystone Group, a consulting firm specializing in M&A, strategy, and turnaround advisory services. His work there earned national recognition, including the Turnaround Management Association’s National Turnaround of the Year Award and the M&A Advisor 40 Under 40 Award.
Louis holds a B.S. in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

David is a partner at Pula Industries. He is active in active in all aspects of the firm and has served in both board and operating roles with Pula portfolio companies.
David is a global leader with a proven history of successful business and cultural transformations, achieving significant improvements in revenue, market share, earnings, and return on capital. David has had diverse functional roles, including as a P&L owner leading businesses with between $150M and $700M in revenue in industrial, service, and technology industries. He has been a CFO leading high-growth companies as well corporate groups. David’s career has included time in management consulting at The Boston Consulting Group, as President at subsidiaries at Dover Corporation, and as group CFO (>$15B) and head of M&A at Caterpillar.
David holds a BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from The Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
