The company combines proprietary software and technical expertise to produce Consumer Confidence Reports, public notifications and other regulated communications.
How We Partnered
Sellers were looking to fully retire and wanted a partner who could ensure a smooth transition. We partnered closely with them during an overlap period to learn the business, then rebuilt the company—refining the go-to-market approach, expanding the back-office team and implementing new technologies to accelerate organic growth.
Pula continues to build Gemini through organic growth and complementary acquisitions across water compliance and related services.

Founded in 1999, WWHS supports employers and candidates across recruitment, immigration, credentialing, licensure and relocation.
How We Partnered
Two partner founders—one had already retired operationally and sought a full financial exit. The other founder wanted to roll meaningful equity while taking some liquidity and remained as CEO/Founder. Together, we strengthened operations, expanded the team and scaled the business 400%.
